I, For One, Welcome Our New 魚完美 Overlords

Have you seen The Onion lately?

A screenshot for posterity’s sake:

The Onion: America's Finest News Source and Salvage Fishery

Make sure you check out the store too.

Here are the Chinese items from the news ticker:

起來, 各位中華民族的移民子弟! 收回你的命运!
反抗時刻即將到達, 各位在位做好準備.
重要目標已選擇, 時間不久了.

Translation after the jump.

“Get up, sons of immigrants from the Chinese nation! Take back your destiny!
The time for rebellion is near, prepare well.
Choose important targets, time is short.”

Hee hee hee hee.

I also want to point out that 魚完美 (yu2 wan2 mei3), the name of the parent company, is a play on words. Literally it means “fish perfection”. However. A 魚丸 (yu2 wan2)—note the same pronunciation—is a fish ball made of reconstituted sea creature parts. It’s like the chicken nugget of Chinese cuisine. Tasty, perhaps (at least I think so), but decidedly un-beautiful.
